Gary Romel, the founding attorney of Allomer Law Group PC is an Air Force veteran with over 20 years of diversified professional experience both technical and legal. He specializes in blockchain technologies best use cases as they intersect with the law.

Mr. Romel is a licensed attorney in California and Washington. He has worked at boutique and 400+ attorney firms. He graduated with honors from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Prior to law school, Gary served in the United States Air Force. He ran the airborne computer systems aboard AWACS (airborne warning and control systems) aircraft. He was a 9-11 first responder to the Pentagon and flew on combat sorties in both the Afghanistan and Iraq campaigns.

Annemarie Tierney is the Founder and Principal of Liquid Advisors.  Annemarie is a seasoned financial services lawyer/strategist/executive with substantial SEC, law firm, and in-house legal and strategy experience, as well as experience in broker dealer regulation, blockchain legal and regulatory issues, securities transactional work, SEC rules and regulations, corporate governance, and international expansion.

Alexander Cubis is an Australian actor, producer and attorney licensed in New York. He is the founder and owner of Industry Pathways USA, which services high-level entertainment professionals and investors all over the world. His specialties include film development, talent management and immigration.
